Everywhere else, a fixed price means paying twelve months upfront. Here it just means we wrote it into your agreement. Every plan, dimension, fee and surcharge is published on this page — with one deliberate exception, noted below.

Rate locked, nothing upfront
10 free cartons per pallet. Best for personal boxes, documents, office inventory, stock and files. Choose how many pallets you need — it's a flat rate each, with no bulk discount and no consolidation.
Loose or irregular items can't be stacked safely on a pallet. For unboxed furniture, a vault is the right fit.

Your monthly rate is the same across every term, and it's locked for whichever one you choose — without paying a month of it in advance. What changes is how much of the moving cost we absorb.

Prepaying twelve months is the usual way to stop a storage rate moving. We fix it in the agreement instead, so your money stays in your account and your price still doesn't change. The single free move-out at 12 months is the only one we offer — there are no others.
The move-in discount applies to your first move-in only, ever — if you add a second plan later, that one is charged at the standard rate whatever term you're on. And commitment benefits don't apply to Vault Custom or Custom Plan, since those are quoted individually. If you end your plan before your term is up, any waived move-in fee — and waived move-out fee, on a 12-month term — is charged back pro-rated to the time remaining. Full detail on our FAQ page.

Our own Reddot Movers crew packs the liftvan, transports, and shelves your goods. Never subcontracted to a third party.

Arrange a drop-offWhichever route you start with applies at the end too. If our crew brings your things in, our crew takes them out. If you deliver them yourself, you collect them yourself. You can't switch part way through, so pick the option that works for both ends of your term.
This amount is billed before each appointment — once before your things go in, and again before they come out. A 3-month term halves the move-in; 6 and 12 months waive it. Move-out is free only on a 12-month term.

H.A.M.S. surcharges
Handling, Accessorial, Materials and Service. These only apply if your move actually needs them — and you'll see them on your quote before you confirm, never after the job.

Surcharges are confirmed with you before work proceeds. If our crew finds something on the day that changes the price, we tell you before we start, not after.
Insurance & protection
Basic coverage comes with every plan, automatically, at no cost. Higher-value belongings can be covered further.

Our storage is ambient, not climate-controlled — mould, mildew, and discoloration from long-term storage aren't covered at any tier. Free silica gel packets are available on request for humidity-sensitive items.
Access & retrieval
Storage isn't a one-way door. Here's what it costs to visit, and what's free before you pay for anything.

Some self-storage operators do, and if turning up at 2am matters to you, they're the better choice. Our warehouse is staffed and appointment-based, which is what lets us photograph and log every item rather than handing you a key and hoping. Access visits aren't affected by the cancellation policy above — that applies to pickup and delivery appointments only, at least for now.
Unlike standard plans, these two don't come with the monthly access visit above. If you'll need to get to your things during storage, raise it during your pre-move survey so it can be built into your quote.

Fine print, in plain English
The monthly rate you sign at is the rate you pay for your whole committed term, and we don't ask for the term upfront to get it. Prepaying a year is the usual way to stop a storage rate moving — we write the lock into the agreement instead, so your money stays where it is.
Never during your committed term. At renewal we may adjust it, capped at 5% per year or the prevailing Singapore CPI, whichever is lower, and we write to you 60 days before your renewal date. If you'd rather leave than accept it, you can end your term with no penalty. On month-to-month plans we adjust at most once per 12 months of continuous storage, under the same cap and the same notice. Storage is easy to enter and expensive to leave, which gives any operator pricing power over you — we'd rather write our ceiling into the agreement than rely on it being inconvenient for you to argue.
Box-Only is cheapest for small quantities: $6 a box with a five-box minimum. Past about eight boxes, Vault Mini's flat $45 works out cheaper. Pallets suit boxed, stackable goods in quantity — documents, stock, office inventory — at $62 per pallet. A vault is a dedicated space held for you alone, and it's the only option for unboxed furniture and appliances. Send us a photo of what you're storing and we'll tell you which is cheapest for your load.
Because work still happens at our end. Every item you hand over is received, checked, photographed, logged to your account and shelved. That's the same handling our crew does on a full move — the $35 covers it, and it's charged again when you collect. It isn't waived by any commitment term, because it isn't a transport fee. We'd rather charge it openly than bury it in your monthly rate.
No. Your move-in method sets your move-out method for the whole term. If our crew moved you in, our crew moves you out. If you delivered your things yourself, you collect them yourself. Choose the route that works for both ends before you book.
Free with at least two clear working days' notice — working days skip Sunday, and pickups can go into Saturday afternoon while deliveries are Saturday morning-only. Inside that window, it's not self-service — give us a call, and a fee may apply depending on whether a crew was already committed. One free visit every month, up to an hour, booked a day ahead, on standard plans. Beyond that it's $30 a visit, or $30 to have us retrieve a single light item without you coming in at all. We don't offer 24/7 self-access — that's a real trade-off, and if it matters to you, a self-storage unit is the better fit. Vault Custom and Custom Plan don't include standing monthly access by default.
Yes. Every item we handle is photographed and logged to your account, so you can see your own inventory item by item — not a total, not a spreadsheet you never get to look at, but your things. It's free and always has been. That's the part valet storage usually hides.
