Loose items can't be stacked safely. For furniture, choose a vault.
Odd-sized items are quoted by cubic metre. Full home or office relocations are priced after a short survey, usually a video call.
Any plan: a flat $35 each way instead of the moving fee. However your things go in is how they come out.

Our storage is ambient, not climate-controlled. Damp damage (mould, mildew, discolouration) isn't covered at any level. Free silica gel is available on request.

No 24/7 self-access — the warehouse is staffed and by appointment, which is how we photograph every item. Custom quotes don't include the free monthly visit; mention it during your survey if you need it.

Not during your term. At renewal, by no more than 5% a year or Singapore CPI, whichever is lower, with 60 days' written notice — and you can leave instead with no penalty. Month-to-month: at most once every 12 months, same cap and notice.
Under 8 boxes: Box-Only. More than that: Vault Mini. Lots of boxed stock or files: Pallet. Any furniture: a Vault. Send a photo and we'll tell you.
We still receive, check, photograph, log and shelve every item. It's charged at move-in and again at collection, and terms don't discount it because it isn't a transport fee.
No. However your things go in is how they come out, so pick what works for both ends.
Free with 2 clear working days' notice (Sundays don't count). Later than that, call us — a fee may apply if a crew is already committed. Pickups run to Saturday afternoon; deliveries are Saturday morning only. Full detail on our FAQ page.
Any move-in or move-out fee we waived is charged back, pro-rated to the time left.
