Storage for renovations
Contractors need the room empty. You need somewhere for everything in it. VaultFlow's own crew collects your furniture and boxes before work starts, stores them at our Yishun warehouse, and brings them back when the dust has settled. Most renovations are quoted as a Custom plan, sized to what's actually leaving the flat.
From the creators of Reddot Movers — 20+ years moving Singapore homes.
The simplest option is valet storage: a moving crew collects your furniture and boxes, holds them in a warehouse for the length of the renovation, and delivers them back to the finished home. You avoid hiring a lorry twice, and nothing has to squeeze into a relative's spare room.
Self-storage works too, but you're doing the moving yourself, twice, and the rent tends to climb after the first few months. VaultFlow was built to remove both problems: our crew does the lifting in both directions, and your monthly rate is written into the agreement for the full term without paying it upfront.
Send us a few photos of what's leaving, or book a site visit for larger jobs. We quote a Custom plan sized to your volume and agree a collection date that lands before the contractors do. Cartons and packing can be built into the quote if you'd rather not box things yourself.
Our own movers arrive, wrap the furniture, and photograph everything before it leaves your home. Wardrobes and bed frames that need disassembly are handled on the day, with the surcharge published on the pricing page rather than sprung on you at the door.
Your items sit at our Yishun warehouse, and the collection photos are viewable from your dashboard throughout. If you expect to need anything back mid-renovation, tell us when we quote — access is agreed as part of the plan, not assumed.
Book your return date. The same crew brings everything back and puts it where you want it. Storage continues month by month until then, so a delayed handover doesn't leave you scrambling.
Renovations usually clear more than one room, and a full flat's worth of furniture doesn't fit a fixed-size vault. So most renovation jobs are stored on a Custom plan: we look at what's leaving, quote by volume, and store it as one lot for the length of the works.

Whole-flat or multi-room clearances. Quoted from photos or a site visit, priced by volume, with collection, return and any handling built into one figure.
Vault Plus / Vault Max
Single-room jobs: one bedroom set, or a living room's worth of boxes. Fixed monthly plans, listed with dimensions on the pricing page.
Not sure which side you're on? Send a few photos on WhatsApp and we'll tell you.
No. Furniture is wrapped by our crew on collection day. Cartons for the small things, and a full packing service if you'd rather hand the whole job over, can both be built into your quote.
Storage simply continues month to month at the same rate. You book the return delivery when the site is actually ready, not when the contractor said it would be.
It depends on the plan. Fixed Vault plans include warehouse access visits and single-item retrieval with one day's notice. Custom plans are stored as a lot, so access is agreed as part of your quote — if you think you'll need something back mid-renovation, say so upfront and we'll plan for it.
Storage is ambient, in an enclosed warehouse. Our crew wraps furniture on collection, and our packing guides cover how to protect items from Singapore's humidity for any type of storage.
Send us photos of what's leaving and we'll quote it. Single-room jobs can book a fixed plan straight from the pricing page.
